
REGULAR CLASSES
Regular classes in groups from five students.
Regular classes take place every week in the city centre and suitable for beginners and intermediate students.
The class usually begins with a warm-up part based on traditional african dance moves, which provides required physical effort for the whole body.
The next part is build of the particular techniques , moves and walks from the Tribal Fusion.
During the class the students learn how to hold body and arms and also study up isolation techniques.
The special attention is given to the techniques of breath which allows better relaxation of a body.
As the separate elements are learned they are combined in sequences.
The class is finished with relaxation in shavasana.
